She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Southbank University London, and MSc in Management from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom. A member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives, and member of Ohio Board of Nursing, Ohio USA. Olayinka is an accomplished public speaker and the Managing Director of ChrisGloria Nursing Agency which was set up in 2008. ChrisGloria Nursing Agency provides nursing home care services for people in the environment of their choice. Olayinka is passionate about nursing and committed to raising nursing practice standards and professionalism in Nigeria to heights comparable with international standards. She is a driver of excellence and believes in professional approach to work at all levels; this inspired her setting up ChrisGloria Management Services a training outfit with primary objective building individuals through Soft Skills Training. She presently serves in advisory capacity to several reputable health institutions. Her contributions have been recognised in some publications, which include Women in Business in 2011 (WIMBIZ) and Women Working for Women Publication.
